Title Agents/Abstractors

Title Insurance Agents, Title Abstractors/Searchers, Escrow Agents, Closing Agents and Notary Publics are the target of costly lawsuits involving inadequate title searches, errors in the distribution of funds and allegations of failing to follow closing instructions.
