We only disclose your personal information as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce your transaction with us, or in conjunction with servicing your insurance needs through insurance carriers, reinsurance carriers, State regulatory agencies or their respective representatives. Parties we share information with may include a wide group of Insurance underwriting companies, claim representatives, courts and government agencies.

For each visitor to the Website, our web server automatically recognizes the domain name. We collect the domain name and the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and aggregate information on the pages consumers visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as quote requests, survey information, information requests, new broker information, joining our newsletter list or site registrations.
